Annual Crane Inspection  We inspect all brands of cranes!

Crane inspection and service includes:

*       Hydraulic system leaks
*       Rotation  system  leaks
*       Control valve leaks wear
*       Hydraulic  hose  wear
*       Structural  damage,  deficiencies,  dents,  bends,  broken  welds,  cracks,  stress  points  or  metal  fatigue
*       Loose  parts  and  missing  components
*       Improper  hydraulic  fluid  level
*       Improper  gearbox  oil  levels  or  contaminants
*       Required  safety  decals  in  place  and  in  good  condition
*       Change Hydraulic oil and filter
*       Oil supplied by customer
*       Remote control operation.  All  functions  operating  smoothly  and  properly
*       Pendant control.  Proper  labels  and  inspect  cord  for  signs  of  damage
*       Overload  protection  system
*       Electrical  to  include  main  system,  lights  or  any  options
*       Wire  rope  for  signs  of  wear,  damage,  excessive  rust  or  flattening
*       Control valve operation.
*       Anti  Two-Block  device  for  proper  rating,  bushing  and  sheave  &  pin  wear
*       Crane  hook  for  damage  and  safety  clasp
*       Holding valve.  Load  test
*       Remove PTO, lube splines, and check for leaks, loose bolts, and proper adjustment.
*       Rotation system.  Bearings,  bolts,  bushings  and  proper  backlash  adjustment
*       All fasteners.  Assure  all  hoses  and  wires  are  secure
*       Pumps and Motors.  Check  for  unusual  noises,  vibration  and  proper  operating  parameters
*       Hydraulic cylinders.  Visually  examine  for  scored  rods,  leakage,  excessive  pin  wear  and  overload  valve  when  applicable
*       Winch  sheaves  and  drums
*       Include copy of inspection report and inspection label in vehicle
*       Does not include additional repairs to cranes
