Federal Income Tax Bonus!

Bonus Depreciation as a part of The Tax Relief Act of 2010

As of December 17th 2010, any "qualified property" purchased between September 8th, 2010 and January 1, 2012 and placed in service is eligible for a 100% tax deduction of cost on your federal tax return. If purchased in 2012 and put into service before January 1, 2013 the deduction is still a whopping 50%!

"Qualified Property" guidelines:

New; not available on used products.
Has a federal depreciable life of 20 years or less
Used within the United States
